Defective Merchandise and Returns
Dry Ideas strives for customer service, if you are not satisfied with our products please

No returned products will be accepted without prior authorization including a RPA (Return Product Authorization) number. Contact our Customer Service Department for a RPA number.
Only new or unused product that have been invoiced and shipped by Dry Ideas Inc. within the past thirty (30) days may be returned for credit. Dry Ideas will charged a 25% restocking fee for all products returned unless the product is determined to be defective or shipped in error. All outbound and return shipping fees will be paid by the customer for returned product unless the product is determined to be defective or shipped in error.
If the product shipped is determined to be defective or shipped in error, Dry Ideas Inc will pay for inbound/outbound ground freight for returns, replacement, or correction of the order.
Shortages and Damaged Product
All shortages and damage claims must be reported to Dry Ideas Inc. within seven (7) days of receipt of product. If the product is received in damaged containers, or boxes, a claim must be filed with the freight carrier at the time of receipt of the product. Please
